Hotel Reservations

The deadline to make reservations through the Council is this Friday, October 7th. Breakfast is included for those registered through the Council only. If you do not register through the Council, breakfast is not included.

Saturday Night Awards Banquet

On Saturday night, Lt Governor Kim Guadagno, who also serves as New Jersey’s Secretary of State, will be joining us at the banquet. This will be the 2nd time that we’ve had the honor of having her attend our annual conference and speak to us. You don’t want to miss it. But in order to join us, *you MUST purchase your banquet ticket no later then this Saturday, October 8th*. Please join your fellow EMS volunteers for what promises to be a great evening.

Those looking to make table reservations MUST contact Paula Oswald at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The email MUST have the name of the person making the reservation, the name of the squad, district, etc., AND the names of those who will be at the table. Everyone at the table must have purchased their dinner ticket.

In addition, anyone with a dietary restriction MUST let Paula know as soon as possible. 

Friday Night “Oktoberfest”

The *Saturday, October 8th deadline also applies to the Friday night dinner* whose theme this year will be Oktoberfest. The hotel is requiring us to provide them with the number of reservations 2 weeks before our conference so you need to purchase your tickets NOW! Please don’t miss out on a good time.
